The first bakery opened in Soledad and was so successful, this family-owned business expanded to cities around the region. Traditional, authentic fare made fresh daily.

Mexican pan dulce, that delicious assortment of sweet breads, are well represented here. You’ll find conchas, monjas, novias and sargentos and more, plus cookies and pastries. It’s the perfect stop before, or after, a day at Pinnacles National Park.

The elephant ears are fall-apart flaky. Don’t miss the sweet sugar cookies shaped like watermelons or the triple-colored triangles.
